Free Jetbrains PHPStorm IDE
You can get free Jetbrains PhpStorm by installing the Early Access Program (EAP) build.
To get it, download Jetbrains Toolbox.
In JetBrains Toolbox, look for PhpStorm, then go to Available versions.
And install the EAP version.
